- Choose pages Convert every page, or list only the pages that contain tables.
- Convert The text positions are read locally and rebuilt into rows and columns.
- Download and check Open the workbook in Excel, LibreOffice or Google Sheets and fix anything the layout confused.
What you should know
- Only selectable text is converted. A scanned table needs OCR first.
- Columns are inferred from horizontal gaps, so wide spacing inside one cell can split it.
- Merged cells, colours, borders, formulas and images are not recreated.
- Arabic and other right-to-left text is kept as text but stays in logical order, not visual order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is read and converted inside your browser, and the workbook is generated on your device.
Why is the table split into too many columns?
The tool separates cells where there is a visible gap in the text. Wide letter spacing or justified text can create extra gaps. Delete the extra columns in Excel after conversion.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Not yet. A scanned page has no text layer, so there is nothing to convert. OCR support is planned as a separate tool.
